Alix Floyd is a strategic advisor and healthcare communications expert with over 18 years of experience helping pharmaceutical companies, biotech innovators, and advocacy organizations drive measurable patient-centered impact. Known for cutting through complexity with calm precision, she founded Assemble to reform the status quo — turning good intentions into bold, evidence-driven action for patients.
Alix has led projects for Genentech, AstraZeneca, Roche, Amicus, Sarepta, Sage, Alexion, Eli Lilly, Merck Foundation, Abbott, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, CDC, WHO, and No Patient Left Behind.
She likes ambitious work and a good chicken parm. She’s going to ask you hard questions in a nice way.

Liza grew up in the pharmaceutical marketing and advertising world. With seven years of experience across client services, strategic business development, and operational execution, she brings a rare blend of executional rigor and creative, big-picture systems thinking to every engagement.

Since joining Assemble in 2023, Liza has led client work across therapeutic areas, nonprofits, and industry partners—while architecting new systems and ways of working that elevate how we operate as a small but mighty organization that consistently punches above its weight.
She’s passionate about proving the business value of patient engagement and helping clients make strategically sound, data-driven decisions that capture attention, elevate lived experience, and tangibly improve health outcomes and commercial impact.
She is obsessed with puzzles–from professional jigsaws to the Gray Malin beach scene variety.
