We bet on what we build
We don't bill by the hour. We take equity because we believe patient engagement done well compounds: for patients, for your pipeline, and for your valuation. Our incentives are tied to your outcomes, which means we only succeed when you do.
Equity-first partnership
We structure the majority of our compensation as equity, vesting throughout our engagement. This keeps your cash on the balance sheet where it belongs, funding your science. We retain the right to invest follow-on capital alongside our sweat equity, keeping us deeply partnered over time.
Founder-led execution
We work with a deliberately small number of companies at any given time. Every engagement is led directly by our founding team rather than handed off to junior staff. When the moment is high-stakes, the people doing the work should be the people who've done it before.
Tailored strategy
Every patient community is different. Every therapeutic area carries its own dynamics. We bring deep pattern recognition from years of patient engagement work, but we build every strategy from the ground up to fit your exact clinical, regulatory, and commercial context.

Our incentives are tied to outcomes
We structure engagements so that our success is inseparable from yours. The majority of our compensation is equity. A small cash component covers direct operating costs. This is a fundamentally different relationship from discounted consulting.
Equity compensation
We take preferred or common equity that vests throughout our engagement, ensuring long-term alignment with your company's trajectory and milestones.
Minimal cash
A small retainer covers direct costs, such as travel, research tools, and production. Your operating capital stays focused on your science and your team.
Follow-on rights
We retain the option to invest capital in subsequent rounds, maintaining our partnership position and deepening our commitment as you grow.
